Withdrawal & Returns

This page informs you about your statutory right of withdrawal as well as our voluntary return policy.
Both regulations apply separately.
The statutory right of withdrawal applies exclusively to customers from the European Union.

1. Voluntary 14-Day Return Policy Worldwide

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary return policy of 14 days from receipt of the goods.

Conditions

For a voluntary return, the item must be:

• unused or unworn,
• in its original condition,
• with all tags attached,
• in its original packaging,
• and proof of purchase must be provided.

a return label, if available for your country,
and detailed instructions for returning the item.

Important:
Returns without prior registration cannot be accepted.

Please note that for voluntary returns from countries outside the European Union, originally paid shipping costs cannot be refunded.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Excluded from Returns

• personalized items, such as products with a name or logo, or personalized additional services such as handwritten greeting cards or individually created audio/QR messages,
• custom-made products, such as forged decorative bowls,
  perishable goods,
• sealed hygiene products if the seal has been opened,
• hazardous goods, such as flammable liquids or gases.

3. Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not possible.
Please return the item and place a new order.

4. Right of Withdrawal for Customers in the EU

Customers residing in the European Union also have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

5. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs, if paid.

The refund will be made no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal declaration, but not before we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of shipment.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original payment.

Return Shipping Costs

Withdrawal / EU

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, provided that you were informed of this before the contract was concluded.

Loss of Value

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary to check the condition, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

6. Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are made according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs. The following items are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal:

• Personalized Wichtel annual postcards with individual name design, limited edition 2026
• Hand-forged decorative bowls with copper rivets, diameter approx. 25 cm — individually made items
• Hand-forged decorative bowls with copper or brass rivets, diameter approx. 14–15 cm — individually made items
• personalized additional services such as handwritten greeting cards or individually created audio/QR messages.

These products are made especially for you and cannot be resold to other customers. There is no right of withdrawal for these items pursuant to Section 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

8. Refunds

After we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
Please note that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to post the refund.
