Shipping Methods and Delivery Areas

We ship orders within Germany, to Switzerland, and to European countries with DHL Parcel.

International shipments outside Europe are shipped with UPS Standard International. Below you will find an overview of the current shipping costs.

Shipping Costs within Germany

Shipping costs within Germany are based on the total weight of the order:

For orders with a value of €125 or more, we offer free shipping within Germany.

Shipping Costs to Switzerland

Deliveries over 20 kg are calculated individually. We will contact you after checkout if additional shipping costs apply.

Please note that deliveries to Switzerland may be subject to customs duties, import charges, or handling fees.

Shipping is carried out with DHL Parcel International.

Deliveries over 20 kg may be recalculated individually where necessary.

Orders from the USA and South Korea

For deliveries to the USA and South Korea, we currently do not offer automatic checkout through the online shop.

If you would like to place an order for delivery to one of these countries, please send us an inquiry by email to hello@thegermangiftshop.com with the following information:

• quantity
• full delivery address
• any special requests, if applicable

We will then individually check the available shipping options, delivery times, and applicable shipping costs and provide you with a separate, non-binding offer.

Please note that deliveries to these countries may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These costs must be borne by the buyer.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, import charges, or handling fees may apply.

These costs must be borne by the buyer and are not paid by the seller, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Please check with the competent authorities in your country in advance.

We have no influence on the duration of customs clearance.

Shipping Weight

Shipping costs are calculated on the basis of the total weight of the ordered items, including packaging.

The applicable shipping weight is automatically calculated in the shopping cart.
