Easy to apply

1. Cut out the desired tattoo.
2. Remove the clear protective film.
3. Place the tattoo face down on clean, dry skin.
4. Moisten with water and press gently.
5. Wait about 30 seconds.
6. Carefully peel off the paper backing and pat the tattoo dry.

To remove, dissolve the tattoo from the skin with soap, warm water, and a little rubbing.
